was appointed President of the CSPIA by the ministry of public security of China. He has had a long and distinguished career in the police force, and served as the director general of the computer communication bureau , science and technology bureau , equipment and finance bureau of the ministry of public security of China. The principal of the Chinese Public Security University and dean of the Chinese People's Armed Police Forces Academy until 2003.
Awarded the State special allowance and the title of extraordinary contribution middle age technology expert.
Now he also server as the vice-director of science and technology committee of the ministry of public security of China , the senior member of the China electronic institute , the director of the China continual development research institute.
