“SINO-US Security Association Cooperation Memorandum” Signed in Beijing

Recently, The United States Security Industrial Association (SIA) Chief Executive Officer, Richard and his party once again came to Beijing, to further discuss Sino-US Security Cooperation with China Security and Protection Industry Association (CSPIA), and finally signed <SINO-US Security Association Cooperation Memorandum> (<MEMORANDUM>)

The signature ceremonial for (<MEMORANDUM>) done in Beijing Xixuan Hotel at, 2:00PM of February 16th, CSPIA president Mr Liu xiaochuan and CEO of SIA Mr Richard all signed in (<MEMORANDUM>). Beyond all doubts, this ceremonial greatly important, not only to CSPIA, but also the SIA. Thus, the two parties all sent their top persons to attend.
