Mr Wang Yanji, President of CSPIA
Was appointed President of the CSPIA by the ministry of public security of China. He had three times studied in Beijing University Department of Chemistry, inorganic chemistry, has received a Master of Science and Doctorate of Science . He had Teached and worked in Liaoning University , the Chinese criminal Police College, ,the Chinese People's Public Security University and Northeast Normal University, hired off-campus doctoral supervisor at the China Criminal Police College served as Associate Head , Department Head , the Provost and the Vice-President positions .

Ms Jin Xiufeng, Secretary General of CSPIA
Appointed the secretary-general of the CSPIA by the ministry of public security of China in July 2003, after a long and successful career in the administration department of the China security industry. She served as the vice-director then director of the administration department of the science and technology bureau of the ministry of public security of China since 1985.
Mr Liao xiaochuen, Vice President of CSPIA
1980 - 1991, assigned to Science and Technology Bureau under the Ministry of Public Security of China, and served as the Chief and Vice Bureau Director many years.

Mr Si tongjun, Vice President of CSPIA
In 1960, worked for the Public Security Department of Henan Province, and then recommended to Xi Dian University for advanced education.July 1965, the sector chief of Technology and Investigation Section under the Public Security Department of Henan Province June 1980, assigned to Technology and Investigation Laboratory of International Political Institute under the Ministry of Public Security of Beijing, and appointed as Laboratory Director September 1984, the President of China Police university.

Mr Si tongjun has engaged in the job of education and study for a long time, and published many research papers, including three Theoretical Monographs. At present, served as Standing Director of the Police Association of China.
Mr Cheng lin, Vice President of CSPIA
December 1970, joined in the Chinese People¡¯s Liberation Army (CPLA), and served as Health Officer of Army in Tibetan. In1976, study in the majors of Chinese Language and Criminal Investigation of Lanzhou University.
August 1978, leader of Leadership Institute of Central University of Political Science and Law. May 1983, vice sector chief and section chief of Political Dept under the Ministry of Public Security of China .
December 1995, Vice Office Director of Political Dept under the Ministry of Public Security of China . February 1998, served vice president of China People Public Security University.
September 2004, party director as well as vice director of the Third Research Institute under the Ministry of Public Security of China .
Mrs Chen zhaowu, Vice President of CSPIA
Graduated from South East University of Radio Engineering on February 1982, and got Master Degree of Engineering after graduating from Beijing Science and Technology University with Communication and Electronics.
Long-term's engagement in the study of Social Public Security and Safety Industry with the major direction: Comprehensive Security Protection and Information System Integration, and had been in charge of the large project on Scientific Research and System Integration range of institute as well as all nation. As the project manager of the project, her products have been received rewards of Science Advancement, and even passed the admitting to large scale production.
At present, Chen zhaowu has been acted as the No 1 technical manager to be in charge of the project of ¡°Study and Demonstration to Dynamic Prevention System on Social Public Security¡± from ¡°the Eleventh Five-Year Plan¡± with Science and Technology in Security Protection industry of China.
Yet, she has successfully published many professional papers in domestic publications, and involved in job of revision to National and Industry Standardization, and to be the head in carrying on a great number of large as well as middle scaled projects in Security Protection, Fire Alarm and Access Control on Buildings.
